How We Help
Since its founding in 2013 by Annette Patterson, Joshua Home has been a convener of services and resources for homeless and other LGBTQ+ youth in the Inland Empire. We are proud to have initiated vital conversations about LGBTQ+ youth housing, shelter, and support in the region.
From opening the first exclusive LGBTQ+ youth-focused drop-in center to partnering with local organizations and sharing surplus resources, we have consistently worked to fill service gaps.
Now, with the creation of the IE Community Resources Alliance (IECRA), we have expanded our impact, ensuring that our mission of service, shelter, and support extends even further.
The IECRA is designed to strengthen all of us - nonprofits, community organizations, and groups by collectively working together to support one another. Through collaboration, resource sharing, and mutual aid, we amplify our ability to meet the diverse needs of the communities we serve.
Together, we are building a network of support that uplifts not only LGBTQ+ youth but also the organizations serving others across the Inland Empire.
