About the event
The IE Community Resources Alliance is a Joshua Home LGBTQ Safe Haven Community Outreach Project —where we connect, collaborate, elevate, and thrive together in community service. Through this alliance, we foster meaningful partnerships, share resources, and support one another to amplify our collective impact and better serve the needs of our communities.
What to Expect
Welcome and Introduction – Annette Patterson, Founder and Executive Director of Joshua Home, will share the inspiration and vision behind the Inland Empire Community Resources Alliance.
Land Acknowledgement – We acknowledge that we are on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded lands of the Serrano (Yuhaaviatam), Cahuilla, and Gabrielino-Tongva peoples. We honor their elders past and present, and we recognize their enduring connection to this land. We also acknowledge the land itself—its mountains, rivers, and valleys—and commit to honoring and caring for it in the spirit of respect, stewardship, and gratitude.
